Our Zwick Modernization and Retrofit Technology (ZMART.PRO) modular modernization packages for hydraulic materials testing machines can be tailored to your individual requirements.

The retrofit kits consist of the following basic elements:

testControl digital measurement and control electronics
testXpert^® testing software
special conversion kits for adapting existing sensors such as load cells, extensometers etc.
proportional or servo valve
new hydraulic power pack or adaptation of existing hydraulic components.

The compact, modular design of our hydraulic power packs, backed by high-quality components from well-known manufacturers, ensures easy maintenance and operation.

testControl Measurement and Control Electronics

The load-measurement range of a modernized machine in Accuracy Class 1 is as a rule expanded from 0.2% to 100% capacity. All sensor force and strain data are completely synchronized, increasing testing accuracy. Due to the large measurement range additional load cells and associated configuration changes may be unnecessary.
