Fatigue Test on Screws/Bolts

In addition to static loading, fasteners are generally subjected to frequent
cyclic loadings, including vibrations. Fatigue tests on screws and bolts
(and other items) are most quickly and efficiently performed in a Vibrophore, which can apply cyclic loads up to 600 kN in a frequency
range up to approx. 300 Hz, using grips tailor-made for screws/bolts
and other fasteners. The magnetic drive which generates controlled
resonance in the system (and in the specimen) requires minimal power, resulting in highly cost-effective testing.
